Our Services
Plan
Our Experienced Handling Engineers can help design new facilities or upgrades to existing ones. They can help with identifying and solving bottlenecks. This work can include Master Plans, capacity studies, concept drawings, phase plans, cost estimates.
Procurement
We are experienced at sourcing spare parts for a wide variety of equipment in the materials handling, processing and port industries. Where parts are no longer available we can assist with reengineering to keep your plant running.
In addition to spare parts we can also assist with Procurement management from writing of initial equipment specifications, preparation of tender documents, running tenders and then onto managing production and commissioning.

Support
We provide ongoing operational and technical support to customers. Using our experience of designing, building, operating and maintaining equipment and plant and terminals all over the world we can provide comprehensive support, remotely or onsite as required.
We have developed our own set of Key Performance Indicators that allow operations to directly compare themselves anonymously with similar terminals and operations. This is an area that operations all over the world have been working hard to try to solve but we have achieved it!
Develop & Manufacture
To complement our Procurement work we can also manufacture equipment. When we can’t find something to do what is needed we develop and manufacture our own specialist equipment.
